can expect an average day to include: Sitting in a comfortable
office with three monitors for great multi-tasking . Supporting the
technicians in the field with whatever they need and encouraging
them every step of the way. Answering the phone when it rings and
providing the type of *customer service and sales* that make the
customer remember your name and not just “some person” they spoke
to on the phone. Understanding and presenting our amazing service
plans to customers to help make their life easier. Help customers
feel a “peace of mind” they won’t receive anywhere else. You are
the first contact a customer has with our company and we want to
make sure that representation is exceptional. Making sure that even
if phone traffic is slower, that phone calls are being made to our
customers to schedule their maintenance. This makes sure that our
