the Role: The Studio Manager holds full “four-wall” accountability
and will be the CEO for their Glowbar studio taking pride in its
success. They are ultimately responsible for ensuring the studio
meets revenue and membership goals, while holding their direct
reports accountable to achieving their individual metrics. As a
positive, proactive, and pragmatic people leader, the Studio
Manager ensures the studio operates at a 10 every single day. They
foster a people-first culture through daily feedback and coaching,
clear communication, and strong accountability. Studio Managers
also own local field marketing, executing monthly activations that
leverage networking and sales skills to drive growth. They
consistently inspect performance standards—including membership
metrics, service quality and bedside manner in the treatment room,
inventory management and scheduling practices—to ensure excellence
across the team. A true hospitality leader, the Studio Manager is
the glue that holds the studio together. They are the dependable
presence their team counts on each day to model excellence, inspire
confidence, and lead the way. A Peek Into Your Day: Be present on
the studio floor, engaging with clients, gaining valuable insights
of their interactions and experiences within the studio Work at the
front desk for a minimum of one to two (1 - 2) full shift(s) a week
Be present at the front desk for the remaining three shifts a week,
providing lunch break coverage for team members Front desk
responsibilities of facilities management and laundry maintenance
Conduct team member bi weekly touchbases Conduct esthetician
treatment room shadows and assessments Directly manage CX for the
studio in platform and via phone to gain further insights Own all
Field Marketing expectations that are required, both in and out of
studio Build network with local like-minded business’ for
partnership, support and lead generation acquisition Lead a monthly
in-studio meeting centered on team building, brand communications
and change management. Lead studio visits from business partners
Complete administrative responsibilities and those of the direct
reports during periods of open headcount. How We Measure Success

these are things that are required to join: Who We’re Looking For:
3 years of progressive people management experience in a
fast-paced, service-based industry (fitness, hospitality, retail,
restaurant, hotel, salon/spa, etc.). Proven track record of
operational and financial success, including driving studio-level
margins, disciplined expense management, and overall business
growth. Exceptional leadership presence with demonstrated ability
to hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams that
consistently exceed goals. Inspirational and professional
management style that balances accountability with empathy,
creating a positive and performance-driven culture. Strong business
and operational acumen with an understanding of retail/service
industry standards, policies, and compliance. Superior
communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust, clarity,
and collaboration across employees and clients alike. Obsessed with
hospitality excellence, ensuring every client experience reflects
best-in-class service. Strategic problem-solver who thrives under
pressure, juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Passion for

including weekends, holidays, and early morning/midday/late evening
weekday shifts. Working Conditions: At Glowbar, our studios are
active, client-focused environments — and we want you to know
what’s involved behind the scenes. Here’s what you can expect
physically in this role: Frequent standing, walking, and movement
throughout the entire shift Bending, reaching, twisting, and
lifting (up to 15 pounds) — including merchandise, laundry, and
back-of-house supplies Climbing up and down stairs during shift
operations Remaining mobile and on your feet for the full duration
of your shift (shift lengths may vary) Exposure to varying
temperatures and humidity levels, particularly in laundry or supply
areas Performing operational tasks such as restocking, organizing
supplies, and light cleaning Required to work weekends, evenings
