Job Description:
Sherwin-Williams is looking for ambitious, driven, and
sales-oriented candidates to join our June 2026 Sales Leadership
Development Program within the Paints, Coatings and Surface
Treatments industry. This comprehensive program is designed to
prepare you to become a key leader in our sales and business
development teams. Successful candidates will be given exposure to
various aspects of the business, undergo rigorous training in sales
tactics and strategies, and work alongside industry leaders to
learn best practices in a hands-on environment. The program will
introduce you to the complexities of our expansive product line
while fostering skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and
customer management. By the end of the program, participants will
be well-equipped to take on critical roles within Sherwin-Williams
and contribute significantly to our mission of delivering superior
products and services. Undergo intensive training in sales tactics
and product knowledge. Engage in hands-on projects to deliver
innovative solutions to customer needs. Develop comprehensive
knowledge of the paints and coatings market. Manage client accounts
and foster relationships to increase market penetration and revenue
growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand
business objectives and market strategies. Participate in national
and regional conferences and sales meetings. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and influence
others An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Strong
organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental
