OVERVIEW * Prior Authorization; or pre-certification, costs providers, payers, and the healthcare ecosystem billions of dollars annually in administrative costs. * This adds unnecessary costs, provider burnout and delays in patient care are frequently cited as adverse outcomes from the current process. * Be a part of the team enabling provider organizations to manage this complex issue more efficiently! * Your efforts will be focused on new client business development and expanding our solutions/services within existing accounts. Initiating opportunities and advancing them through our sales process to closure. Ideal candidates will have experience selling as part of new product launches, identifying market opportunities, and delivering on performance targets. * To be successful you must be able to work in a fluid, close-knit team environment, and be driven to make an impact. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? * Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis based on customer profiles and market feedback. * Develop robust pipeline leveraging CHC's current customer base and net new leads. * Identify key buying influences and establish trusted relationships to further the sales cycle. * Own the sales cycle, ensuring appropriate engagement of CHC's team members of RCM Sales Executives and Account Management, to progress sales funnel. * Establishes C-Suite relationships. * Successfully gains meaningful access to C-Suite where a strategic relationship does not exist. What are the requirements needed for this position? * Bachelor's Degree * 5 years new account sales experience * History of top sales rep performance * Experience selling RCM software or services, * Experience selling into Hospitals, Health Systems, Providers, Payers, Large Multi-Specialty Physician Groups. * Healthcare Technology Sales Experience in the areas of Revenue Cycle Management such as: Prior Authorization, Medical Review, Authorization Connectivity, Integration Partners (Payers/Providers) Clearance Authorization, Automated Payer Screening & Verification, Medical Necessity, Clinical Codes and/or Clinical Decision support tools. * Previous experience selling InterQual Connect is a plus * Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance. * Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development, retention and upselling existing clients. What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? * Demonstrated success in quota achievement selling healthcare software systems to hospitals. * Experience working with hospital executives at the C-suite level * Strong new business sales experience required. * Knowledge of current information systems technology and of the healthcare industry and trends i.e. EMRs, Population Management, advanced healthcare analytics, etc. * Experience working in a large matrix sales environment - proven ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals. What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? * General office demands.
