That's high tech without the drama. About the Role The Pipeline/Pre-Sales Leader role requires a senior level leader who will develop, drive, report and measure the pipeline in the Americas (AMS.) The individual will a key member of the Professional Services Americas leadership team, coordinating and driving initiatives between the regional leaders and for the VP of AMS. This individual will be responsible to regularly report out plans and progress to WW leadership and coordinate with global counterparts in EMEA and APJ regions. This individual will also lead development and coordination of all Professional Services Presales activities. They will drive enablement of the presales team and ensure alignment with the regional leaders to ensure optimal presales support.The Pipeline and Pre-Sales Leader

• Manages a team of Lead Solutions Consultants (LSC) who may have multiple business units, financial models, sales motions, markets and customer types.
• Develops individual contributor LSC people.
• Assists with complex customer opportunities to mutual benefitEducation and Experience Required:
  • University or Bachelor's degree.
  • Typically 7+ years experience in sales.Knowledge and Skills Required:
    • Directly related management experience and work results including success in supporting the achievement of progressively higher quota or other sales related goals.
    • Demonstrated level of project management skills.
