Mentor, OH or Ashburn, VAThe Product Analyst will drive innovation
on payment authentication by delivering solutions for the Visa
Payment Passkey product as a member of Visa's Authentication,
Identity, and Tap Global Product team. Leveraging a unique blend of
technologies (e.g., FIDO, EMV 3DS, tokenization) with an emphasis
on consumer experience, Visa Payment Passkey strives to deliver a
best-in-class solution. The New Products group leading Visa Payment
Passkey within the Authentication, Identity, and Tap Global Product
team is responsible for product development, product delivery, and
go-to-market in support of our regional stakeholders, aligned with
team & company objectives.The Product Analyst will be responsible
for the delivery of products and features in collaboration with the
Technology organization. This position will work closely with
various teams across Visa to successfully identify, define, and
deliver secure, valuable authentication solutions and scale our
business in new ways. This position will translate business needs
and technology assets into product requirements for emerging
solutions that deliver new capabilities. The role requires a broad
range of pragmatic product building skills - familiarity with
digital authentication and payment technologies and the ability to
identify efficiencies and opportunities. The primary responsibility
will be authoring requirements and executing on delivery of those
requirements based on overall team and company objectives. Product
Manager Analyst will represent the team in various internal forums
and be part of client meetings to deploy the solution. As a product
manager, you are expected to take ownership of your product areas,
including early identification of issues, determining potential
resolutions, communicating status, tracking, and resolving
deliverables in a timely manner.This role is global and will work
directly with team leadership to balance regional and global
opportunities to achieve overall solution and platform objectives.
Accomplishing this will require a nuanced ability to identify
creative solutions and execute on small delivery iterations in
direct partnership with engineering teams and
stakeholders.Essential Functions
- Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your
product discipline and accountable projects
- Work with regional teams and clients to gather product feedback
that will inform roadmap, prioritization, and product vision and
strategy
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance
criteria
- Work cross-functionally across Authentication and Identity to
ensure solutions are appropriately built and operationalized
- Work with governance and sourcing groups to vet new solutions
or features and gain necessary approvals for launch
- Liaise with other business units, product managers, engineering
and other applicable groups to ensure flawless execution
- Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and
documentation in support of your products/solutions
- Manage post-release feature management measurement of adoption,
performance, and the need for reiterations for release in
collaboration with product marketing and client success team
- Provide ongoing communication of project status, action plan
and recommendations to stakeholders including senior leadership on
an ongoing basis
- Develop concise product materials to document the product
features to educate stakeholders (e.g., Product Guides, Integration
Guides, Release Notes)This is a hybrid position. Expectation of
days in office will be confirmed by your hiring
manager.QualificationsPermanent Authorization to work in the U.S.

position.Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or
an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)Preferred
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or
more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.
Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Experience leading initiatives and acting as product owner in
an agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence successfully
within a highly matrixed organization
- Team oriented, collaborative, and flexible, with excellent
presentation skills, including strong oral and writing
capabilities.
- Organized, with a natural inclination for both strategic and
tactical planning and turn strategy into tangible
deliverables.
- Possess a unique combination of product expertise,
problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and comfortable with
rapid changes.
- Fluency in PowerPoint, Excel and JIRA/JIRA Align
Experience.
- Subject matter expertise in payments and/or ecommerce
processing, with relevant experience in product and feature
delivery.
- Demonstrated knowledge in identity and access management,
including varied authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID, FIDO2,
etc.)
- Detail oriented and highly execution focused by working in
conjunction with various counterparts across multiple functional
groups.
- Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex
workstreams and processes with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated thought leadership and aptitude to think
creatively to identify new ways to innovate and differentiate
products with evidence of tangible business results.Additional
InformationWork Hours: Varies upon the needs of the
department.Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10%
of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be
performed in an office setting. The position will require the
incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by

salary range for a new hire into this position is 94,100 to 149,550
USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments
(if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors
