CDL A Dry Van Company Driver
Local Williamsport


General Schedule: Home daily position running short haul dry vans out of Williamsport, MD. Monday-Friday and driver must be available either Saturday or Sundays each week. 6th shift will not always happen but must be willing to work 6th shift. Weekend time off is not guaranteed. Voicemails including shift start time are left between 2- 2:30pm daily to let the driver know their start time to pick up their load the next day.


Day Shift: More experienced drivers are best for day shift. Can leave out starting from 12am on (Could be 12 am, 1 am, 2 am, 3 am, 4 am, etc.). May run 2 or 3 loads in a day. Drivers will get a 10 hour break and then can be called in immediately following their 10 hour break.


Night Shift: Night shift, leaves out between 4pm and 10pm, generally. All drivers start on night shift and can switch to days later on based on need. Drivers will get a 10 hour break to reset


General Areas Driven: DE, MD, VA, WV, PA, NJ within 250 miles of Williamsport, MD.


Average Miles: 400 miles per day up to 2,000 miles per week


Equipment: Mack Day Cabs with a 48' Flat Bed. We have electronic logs and use Qualcomm


Pay: We have recently implemented the largest pay increase in company history. This specific run has increased by 5 CPM. We also have a weekly safety net of $850/week without HAZMAT and $900/week with HAZMAT.


$61,900 average annual pay!


Our opportunities pay based on miles per load and we pay on a sliding pay scale. Your pay starting out will be based on your verifiable experience. You will have the opportunity to increase your base pay by 6 CPM by getting our weekly bonus. Our bonuses are focused on three key areas: safety, service and efficiency.
