intelligence in consultation with Savings Products leadership and
team for use in daily and strategic decision making. Leverage data
science and advanced analytic techniques to drive forward data
driven pricing recommendations. Conduct analytical studies and
identify insights to influence member behavior. Lead analytic
projects from inception through implementation. Considered a key
stakeholder/key contributor on highly complex
initiatives.Responsibilities* Provide analytics insights and
solutions to solve complex business problems * Develop and maintain
performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets * Design and
document dashboards and reports* Lead report/dashboard automation*
Use data warehousing/business intelligence tool sets to gather,
store, and provide access to data in assist management decision
making* Leverage a broad set of modern technologies - including
SQL, Python, and Power BI - to analyze and gain insights within
large data sets * Analyze and evaluate competitor data and industry
trends to understand current business unit competitive posture *
Identify areas of improvement; determine solutions; implement
enhancements/changes to improve operations, standards and results *
Collaborate with management to establish objectives, standards, and
strategies for delivering updates and changes to reporting and
analytical procedures* Compile, research and analyze trends in
support of projects and initiatives* Lead, guide and mentor less
experienced staff * Examine data from multiple sources and share
insights with leadership and stakeholders* Transform data presented
in charts and tables into a format that is useful to the business
and aids in effective decision making* Point of contact between the
data analyst/data engineer and the project/functional analytics
leads * Recognize potential issues and risks during the analytics
project implementation and suggest mitigation strategies * Prepare
project deliverables that are valued by the business and present
them in such a manner that they are easily understood by project
stakeholders* Perform other duties as assignedQualifications and
Education Requirements* Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or
the equivalent combination of training, education and experience*
Expert skill interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of
information* Expert skill in SQL and querying* Expert skill in
using BI tools - Power BI, Tableau * Familiar with the concepts and
application of data mapping and building requirements* Familiar
with Data Integration, Data Governance and Data Warehousing* Expert
skill in Data Management, Data Validation & Cleansing and
Information Analysis* Expert skill maintaining accuracy with
attention to detail and meeting deadlines* Extensive experience in
problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and
scale of issues* Experience in market/consumer research, project
management, and analysis in support of strategic planning
initiatives* Extensive experience in managing multiple priorities
independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals* Expert
skill resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing
requirements* Expert skill presenting findings, conclusions,
alternatives and information clearly and concisely* Expert

ETL tools and techniques* Experience in the application of

process.Salary Range: $74,400 - $127,200 annuallyNavy Federal
Credit Union assesses market data to establish salary ranges that
enable us to remain competitive. You are paid within the salary
range, based on your experience, location and market
