The biggest challenge that we face in hiring is to find the cream of talent for our clients. Job Descriptions: Performs purchasing and inventory activities as well as some forecasting analysis. Job Duties: --- Maintains files and records--- Contributes to the coordination of operations regarding various matters, including assisting with the day-to-day tasks for procurement, warehousing and inventory--- Provides analyst support for variances, inventory and operations--- Serves as a back-up person on inventory transactions and tickets--- Assist with parts shortages given by contract manufacturers--- Assist buyer/planners across product lines with purchase orders as needed--- Assist in year-end preparation and activities--- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed--- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: --- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent work experience--- Minimum 2-4 years recent purchasing experience combined with knowledge of general accounting knowledge--- Experience purchasing electronics & electronic assemblies is a plus--- Must be extremely responsive & action-oriented--- Take charge attitude required--- Good organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills--- Ability to prioritize and multi-task--- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook--- Great Plains ERP software experience is a plusJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourSchedule: Day shift
