• This is a working supervisor role at a large poultry processing plant. They serve customers including grocery stores and fast food restaurants.
• The production line is in the processing side of the plant and will have NO exposure to live chickens or live hang part of facility.
• The team that this person will be supervising will be working on a line doing one of the following; Sorting or packaging raw chicken,. And sometimes trim excess fat or bone off of the chicken. The general production workers will be working at fast pace and standing for 8-10 hours at a time. They will need to be able to lift at least 70 pounds and will need to be able to fully extend arm and shoulders and squat, bend, and stoop.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Able to work in 38 degree temp. This is a wet and cold environment.
  • Able to stand on concrete for 8-10 hours at a time.
  • Must have experience in a manufacturing/ production environment.
  • Must have experience supervising a team.
