About the Position The Warehouse Inventory Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, reporting and correcting inventory and transaction discrepancies across our warehouse, 3pl's and production facility, including functioning as both inventory control and shipping/receiving clerk.
What you will do:

Verify that incoming shipments are correct by comparing items and quantities against bills of lading, purchase orders, manifests, or related records
Verify that 3pl receipts and shipments are correct by comparing items and quantities on receipt against bill of lading
Investigates, evaluates, and resolves any inventory discrepancies across network of 5 warehouses
Prepares and submits reports to corporate & other departments; enters receipt of material data into database
Setup raw material, Finished Goods, and packaging transfers between warehouses to support production planning
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of inventory data

The ideal candidate

Associates degree preferred
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have excellent attention to detail
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Experience with ERP and WMS system
Must have inventory experience (cycle counts, audit counts, etc.)
Experience with data entry and record keeping required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
