as point of contact between Sales and Supply Chain Operations-
Support Supply Chain related initiatives related to process
improvements and new business initiatives- Support intercompany
inventory replenishment activities in ERP system- Monitor inventory
days of supply, identify potential shortages or excessive supply
and initiate risk mitigation activities- Maintain product
replenishment parameters new and phased out products for best
stocking strategy- Support and coordinate demand and supply
requests with cross functional teams in sales, customer care,
global production and global logistics- Support demand planning
activities related to analyzing sales history and maintain best
demand plan- Support general product availability inquiries;
Expedite urgent product supply requests until completed- Research,
prepare and publish department customer open order reportsPosition
Requirements- Business Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination
of education and experience- 2+ years' of related experience in
demand and supply planning or related- Work experience in
pharmaceutical industry preferred but not required- Familiar with
data analytics- ERP planning system experience expected, SAP
preferred- Ability to prepare and present data to multiple levels
of the organization including senior management- Good proficiency
with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and
PowerPoint, Power BI is a plus- Strong customer orientation- Strong
interest in supply chain, enjoys topics related to supply chain
planningPersonal Requirements- Self-motivated and driven- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills- Strong analytical and
organizational skills; problem solving mentality- Team player,
enjoys working in team environmentQIAGEN requires proof of full
