We educate. We advocate. We give. Summary Responsible for providing dynamic support to all departments within the Cultivation and Manufacturing operations. Responsibilities will include administrative support, reception operations and basic physical security, HR support tasks, assisting with finance-related activities, event and meeting coordination and planning, common supply replenishment, etc. Administrative Support Responsibilities * Performing security reception functions to include: * Monitoring a secured front facility entrance and greeting all guests. * Verifying credentials and issuing/collecting temporary authorized visitor badges. * Logging and filing all visitor activity. * Coordinating receipt and unloading of deliveries via telephone or two-way radio. * Providing support to authorized visitors to include: * Escorting visitors as required, or otherwise coordinating a compliant escort. * Ensuring visitors comply with physical and biosecurity requirements at all times. * Answering all incoming general phone or two-way radio calls and routing accordingly. * Providing administrative support and help throughout the organization as needed to include: * Handling mail and parcels, filing systems, and ordering of critical office equipment/supplies. * Maintaining shared electronic calendars. * Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference calls. * Recording notes and meeting minutes as needed. * Creating and emailing, or posting, facility-wide notices. * Updating, enforcing, maintaining, and improving general office management procedures. * Assisting with all HR-related support tasks as needed to include: * Preparing and facilitating onboarding for newly hired employees. * Assisting with finance-related support tasks as needed such as reconciliations and filings. * Preparing meeting materials and assisting with the development of presentations. * Assisting in planning in-house and off-site events. * Ensuring breakroom common consumables are replenished. * Assisting with laundry service duties as needed. * Performing basic housekeeping and organization to your workspace and common areas. * Supporting ongoing COVID countermeasures and safety protocols as defined by management. This includes temperature checks for all visitors at the front entrance, sanitizing "touch points" and reinforcing face mask requirements. Supporting temperature checks for arriving team members as required. * Nominal local travel required. * Performing all other duties as assigned. Production Support Responsibilities * Providing general support for all production department leadership including Cultivation, Trimming, Processing, Packaging, and supporting teams such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Maintenance, Compliance, Safety, Quality, etc. * Filling in for hourly team members as required to meet the labor needs of the business. Requirements * High School Diploma or G.E.D. minimum (college education desired). * Proven two (2) or more years of office management or administrative experience within a manufacturing setting strongly desired. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, etc.). * Experience with operating and maintaining office equipment. * Able to successfully work independently, or as the member of a team. * Excellent time management skills with the ability to self-pace, multi-task and prioritize. * Able to recognize issues and problem-solve to contribute to every solution. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and basic planning skills with keen attention to detail. * Strong and consistent attendance and punctuality. * Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire. * Must pass a state background check and be properly badged per state cannabis regulations. * Able to use hands, wrists, and forearms repetitively and with dexterity in the performance of job duties. * Able to wear required personal protective equipment for up to 8 hours per day.
