Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm dedicated to safeguarding our customers from increasing digital threats and vulnerabilities.We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Office of Cybersecurity (OCS). This role involves assisting with office coordination activities and supporting initiatives for a large Federal civilian agency.Note: The position requires being onsite at two locations: Washington, DC, and Manassas, VA, with the possibility of travel between these sites during the week. Candidates must reside locally or be willing to relocate at their own expense. Having an automobile is necessary for travel. Some work from home may be permitted, but a fixed schedule is not guaranteed at the outset.Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, aiming for excellence in all interactions.
• Act as the primary facilitator for onboarding and offboarding OCS personnel, including:

• Managing communication and processes related to onboarding and offboarding, such as badging and account setup.
• Conducting pre-onboarding activities, managing correspondence, collecting forms, and tracking submissions.
• Developing and maintaining SOPs, checklists, project schedules, and related materials.
• Communicating regularly with stakeholders, external third parties, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Producing monthly reports on onboarding metrics and managing related dashboards.
• Support IT management tasks, including:
  • Managing and disposing of office equipment, maintaining inventory records.
  • Collaborating with internal leadership on system and asset access management.Qualifications:
    • US citizenship is required due to federal support responsibilities.
    • 3-5 years of experience in project management and office support within IT or cybersecurity environments.
    • Proven ability to meet project deadlines and document tasks effectively.
    • Ability to overcome obstacles and exceed customer expectations.
    • Familiarity with Identity Access Management, Microsoft Forms, project planning tools (e.g., Click-Up), and hardware inventory management.
