ResponsibilitiesThe IT Subject Matter Expert shall provide expert-level support for the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, platforms, and applications.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight of solutions, conduct code reviews, and offer expert guidance on architecture.
• Proactively recommend strategies to manage technical debt.
• Lead innovations and serve in roles such as Enterprise, Systems, or Solution Architect within a Scaled Agile environment.
• Recommend and oversee development and DevSecOps practices, ensuring adherence through reviews.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guiding the team through technical challenges and aligning with sprint goals.
• Contribute to refining user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and technical accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables from the contract team.QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years with a BS/BA; 10 years with an MS/MA; 7 years with a Ph.D.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirements planning for system architecture, databases, and software lifecycle support.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools, data reporting, and process development.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive management.
