Analytica is seeking a remote Solutions Architect to lead and manage a high-profile team responsible for the architecture and implementation of data science and machine learning efforts.
As a core team member, you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to develop solutions, identify nuisances, and propose alternatives.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead architectural design and technical planning, including roadmap development and implementation of modern techniques and technologies such as Cloud (AWS), SDN, AIOps, AI/ML, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
  
• Develop and enhance enterprise data environments to meet diverse analytics, reporting, and data science federal requirements.
  
• Create and maintain solution architectures and design documentation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and integrating new technologies.
  
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  
• Support innovation planning and architecture development, analyzing government requirements to develop system specifications.
  
• Gather requirements, perform analysis, and develop specifications to meet project objectives.
  
• Engage with clients to gather complex business data requirements using various techniques.
  
• Analyze data quality and schemas to ensure performance requirements are met.
  
• Design and maintain a master data management strategy covering data ownership, security, and administration.
  
• Oversee database administration to support a data-as-a-service approach.
  
• Ensure high-quality data artifacts including documentation, requirements, design, KPIs, and testing activities.
  
• Support proposal responses through solutioning, writing, code challenges, and reviews.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience developing enterprise data warehouse/lake solutions.
  
• 5+ years experience with SDLC methodology, Agile project management, and federal government work.
  
• Experience leading strategy, architecture, design, and delivery of data-driven capabilities, especially within the IRS environment.
  
• Knowledge of data architectures and pipelines for various data types across repositories and lakes.
  
• Broad knowledge across analytics lifecycle, including data engineering, governance, and end-user workflows.
  
• Experience with front-end technologies, UI/UX, Agile DevSecOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, cloud computing, distributed systems, and microservices.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  
• Knowledge of data science/machine learning concepts and collaboration with data scientists.
  
• AWS Certification preferred.
  
• Must be a US citizen.
  
• Active IRS Clearance.
