and continue to grow and improve every day.SummaryThe Installation
Coordinator is responsible for reviewing contracts, ensuring
product delivery, scheduling installs, overseeing the installation
process and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction of
flooring projects. Will partner with Lowes Installed Sales staff as
well as managing the work for the installers and handling customer
issues.FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-exemptEssential Duties and
Responsibilities:Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies
technical information, and identifies and resolves labor and/or
product issues.Schedules customers and subcontractors for
installations, work orders and to confirm appointments.Reviews
install details for each job with the appropriate installer before
installation. Track in progress calls and resolves installation
issues with installers and external partners.Handles subcontractor
recruiting, and onboarding.Receives and solves customer complaints
and issues and performs customer follow-up calls.Communicates and
guides subcontractors in the field. Ensures proper coverage and
work loadLoads and unloads trucks with a
forklift/pallet-jack/manually.Ensures inventory levels are
maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.Processes work
invoices including chargebacks and submits to the Accounting
DepartmentConfirms COC are signed and uploaded into the
system.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:To perform
this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are

required:Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or
general education degree (GED); and one to two years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience. Experience must involve customer service
management.Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple
instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write letters
and prepare other documents as needed. Proofreads work.Mathematical
Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all
units of measure for basic algebraic and geometric
calculationsReasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense
understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete
variables in standardized situations.Computer Skills - Knowledge of
computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of
database, spreadsheet, email and word processing
software.Communication Skills -- Be able to effectively communicate
orally and in writing in English.Vision - Ability to view
documents, multiple screens, and read handwritten

foam, materials and drive forklift. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, distance vision,
