> > Service Delivery Project Coordinator (Remote Role) Service Delivery Project Coordinator (Remote Role) Summary Title:Service Delivery Project Coordinator (Remote Role)ID:10139Location:Herndon, VADepartment:Information Technology Description Job Description: Delivering service that meets SLA and delights the customerDeveloping strong internal and external relationshipsCost control through a proactive financial approachAssisting the Service Delivery Manager in the transforming and growing the business**Operational responsibilities**Act as a customer and internal point of contact for assigned contractsBe responsible for the effective co-ordination of external / internal queries / escalationsEnsure feedback from the client is sent to the management team to drive the improvement of servicesSupport of asset management database to agreed data quality levelsCarry out quality checks to ensure quality standards are maintainedTrack the performance against SLAs and KPIs;Act as a centre of reference for out client's systemsResponsible for coordinating end to end Move Add Change Delete processLiaise between customer and the Supply Chain and logistics teams.Maintain a Process and Procedure manualPlan Service Improvement, including Root Cause AnalysisCoordinate and gather Financial data for monthly billing reconciliationContribute to the P&L performance through cost control and innovationProvide necessary support for contract change managementMaintain customer relationshipsParticipate in team meetings and general inputs in day to day improvementsThe management of emails, phone calls to be done professionally and timelyMaintain standards when using Hub sites.Other duties as required
