Principal Accountabilities
Program and operate the Tipper Tie machine with correct specs for products being produced.
Troubleshoot equipment problems
Will do machine set up, tear down and style changes
Responsible for some paperwork and other miscellaneous duties
Maintain line efficiencies and line speed for employees assigned to that line
Cross-training on various other machines in the FAB department
Must be able to learn and operate PFS system
Work in the line as needed
Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments
Ability to be Lock Out Tag Out Certified
Put away supplies, clean area when line is finished, clean and cover control panels.
Accuracy, precision, and dependability are a necessity
Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills.
Must be a team player, but also must be able to work well alone.
Must be able to lift product and boxes

Required Qualifications
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
Must have good basic math skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
Previous production/farm experience
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the past 12 months
