Sr. Network Engineer - CISCO

Ashburn, VA - onsite 1-2 times a week.
Direct Hire
Pay: up to $110,000/year depending on experience

This person will be responsible for planning, design, installation and administration of our internal network infrastructure and system infrastructure. Also, analyzing and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and network issues, monitoring of the infrastructure to ensure network infrastructure and connected IT systems are running smoothly. This person will be responsible for the review and documentation for the configuration of internal network infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Cisco DNA experience Required
• TCP/IP
• DCIM & IPAM tools (NetBox)
• IaC tools (Ansible)
• SIEM tools
• System monitoring
• Network analyzing tools
• Experience evaluating the cost/benefit of different solutions for network architecture
• 5 years of professional experience in the planning and implementation and operation of complex IT systems and globally distributed networks
• Network Technologies
  • Cisco Catalyst 9xxx and Nexus Switches
  • Cisco Firepower Firewalls and Firepower Management Center
  • Cisco DNA including ISE
  • Cisco Secure Network Analytics
  • Cisco ESA
