Project Management: * Populate and update content in project management like Microsoft Office 365 and agile development software like Atlassian Jira based in part on independent judgement / discretion and contractual requirements * Develop and edit briefings and documents based in part on independent judgement and discretion * Coordinate and plan travel for team members and groups including managing expense report submission * Collect, compile, track, manage and respond to data calls * Assist Program Managers with the monitoring and tracking of budgets * Pro-actively design / invent ways of qualitatively & quantitatively measuring value delivery and return on investment in the client domain Technical Analysis: * Assist in identifying and translating user requirements related to software development activities into specific technology research and development objectives* Participate in the creative development of system concepts, system requirements, concepts of operations, and training requirements* Support technical and programmatic support teams with assessments, reporting, planning, and training* Assist Program Managers with interacting with Government agents, contract stakeholders, and technical community members to review and document technical progress at program reviews* Identify and develop new ways of improving operational efficiency associated with law enforcement activities Qualifications Required Education / Work Experience : Bachelors Degree and 3+ years work experience OR High school with 9 years work experience in lieu of degree Required Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret clearance Desired skills and knowledge: * Ability to work on multiple projects which includes prioritizing, tracking, attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through to project completion * Flexibility / Adaptability to work in a high energy, dynamic work environment * Excellent presentation and writing skills Client Engagement Learn about and support Noblis'' client engagement, corporate values, and corporate strategic priorities, including providing input to proposal writers.
