Aston Carter is Hiring Hybrid Customer Support Specialists Pay: $17-18/hrLocation: Gainesville, VA (Hybrid, 2 days in office)Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Job Description: The Customer Support Specialist is assigned to a specific team and responsible for advancing order flow, answering questions from customers and internal staff, and removing roadblocks on orders. Duties include: gathering pertinent data points to place in orders, communicating with customers and vendors by phone and email, establishing strong relationships with customer contacts and vendors, conducting quality checks, dispatching to correct entity for movement, assessing vehicle condition, managing all repairs, understanding T&R functions, and assisting with any additional tasks and responsibilities as may be deemed necessary by management. This position functions during core business hours and allows for remote work in accordance with the Telecommuting Agreement. Benefits of this Role:
