For 2021, Infinitive is an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company!About this Role:Infinitive is growing and is looking to hire a dynamic Client Services Lead to drive client growth, foster deep relationships, drive account/client financial management, and lead end to end execution of projects/programs.We are looking for candidates who are accountable, passionate, assertive, proactive, open & honest, results oriented, and adaptable.What Youll Do:SalesWork with market development (sales) to develop annual account plans.Identify and sell extension opportunities for existing work, as well as expansion opportunities with existing and new buyers.Author and negotiate SOWs for extensions/expansions/new work.Define and achieve individual and account sales target (revenue and margin).Create pricing models for all new opportunities and facilitate internal and client review.Support market development (sales) on new client sales opportunities.DeliveryDeliver with high quality, high client satisfaction using metrics to measure.Document and communicate roles and responsibilities for all resources.Follow Infinitive (or client) delivery framework to include but not limited to; project governance structure, detailed workplan, status reporting, risk/issue management, recurring internal governance reviews.Financial ManagementConduct monthly account plan reviews with relevant internal stakeholders.Closely manage against revenue, sales, and margin targets.Ensure time-entry compliance for all account resources, and approve in timely fashion.Maintain accurate monthly revenue and margin forecast for account/project.What Were Looking For:Proven experience selling and managing a multi-million dollar book of business, growing existing accounts, networking with current and new potential buyers to expand Infinitives footprintExperience managing multiple projects/programs in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environmentThe ability and desire to function in a hybrid capacity, supporting both delivery and salesStrong desire to provide mentorship and consistent, timely feedback to support the growth and success of others.Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.Infinitive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Powered by JazzHREjdz8KoD3b
