Role SummaryThis role is responsible executing marketing projects targeted to prospective VCI customers (general consumer population in market for an Audi, VW or Ducati) with the objective of increasing contract volume, penetration, new and used vehicle/cycle sales, brand conquest.Role ResponsibilitiesImplementationImplement the consumer marketing strategy in close collaboration with marketing partners at Volkswagen of America, Audi of America, Ducati North AmericaImplement marketing campaigns across all channels for all brands including collaboration with internal teams at VCI to create landing pages and optimized user experience Maintain a branded web presence for Volkswagen Credit, Audi Financial Services and Ducati Financial Services brands including lead generating toolsImplement point-of-sale materials in dealer showroom and F offices (brochures, and other consumer-facing communications)Insights, Measurement & OptimizationIdentify and benchmark trends and insights from Financial Services competitors (captive and non-captive), and optimize spend and performance based on these insights Assist in strategy development & serve as liaison with IT & Data teams to identify opportunities to leverage data in meaningful ways (i.e.: conquest marketing, in-market timing)Collaboration & AlignmentIntegrate with brand partners in their digitalization initiatives at retail and consumer eventsCollaborate with external consulting & implementation partnersCollaborate with cross-departmental disciplines, as well as Brand & Group, to ensure their plans directly support strategic objectives, priorities & defined plansCoordinate efforts with 3rd party publication services and media outlets to expand the reach/awareness of our products & servicesManage key strategic projects for VCI as identified by leadership team#LI-JC1 Years of Experience5-7 years consumer marketing experience with an automotive industry focus1-2 years Mass Market and/or Luxury Automotive Brand experience a plus1-2 years Event Marketing and project management experienceRequired EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related fieldDesired EducationCertification in a related Marketing Technology fieldSkillsStrong communication and organizational skillsStrategic thinking & application; ability to demonstrate ROIAction-orientated, passion, initiative, tenacity & resourcefulnessAbility to perform in a pressured/ deadline-driven environmentUnderstanding of financial principles & budgetary controlProject, budget & vendor/agency management Communication & presentationRelationship building & interpersonal skillsClear writing and presentation skills; the ability to structure engaging communicationsSolid project management skills; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives; ability to complete projects with high degree of accuracy and quality Ability to manage agency, legal, external partner, and client relationships Positive attitude, professional, self-motivated; eager to learn and participateResourceful, self-starter, self-directed, results-oriented, takes ownershipRequired SkillsMarketing and Advertising Project Management of Online Lead Generation Tools DevelopmentExecute lead-generation marketing tactics projectsExecute media planning and buyingProduce print collateral materialManage advertising production including commercial photography, broadcast production, graphic art, and printingFamiliarity with customer data, personalization, and customer engagement metrics sourced from digital marketing channelsDesired SkillsTag Management - familiarity with using tag management as part of a marketing automation solutionPoint-of-Sale, Email and Direct Mail design and best practicesAgency/vendor oversightWork FlexibilityMust be able to travel locally (4 x per annum) and internationally (2 trips per annum) and when requiredOccasional extended working hours as neededVolkswagen Group of America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We welcome and encourage applicants from all backgrounds, and do not discriminate based on race, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, color, gender identity/expression, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by applicable laws.
