We offer a generous compensation package with benefit coverages beginning on your first day with us at Trademasters!Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 2:00PM to 10:00PMJob Summary:The custodian/housekeeping will clean and maintain assigned areas of the federal property and grounds. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout assigned property.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Picks up trash and empties trash containers including recycling.
• Assists with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
• Washes inside windows.
• Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Performs other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough.
  • Ability to perform routine cleaning with cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to keep the property clean and orderly.
  • Work well independently.
  • Good interpersonal and professional skills.Education and Experience:
    • 3 years of related experience, preferably in a federal worksite environment.
    • Must pass a background check and clearance to obtain and hold badging to access federal secured sites.       • Prolonged periods standing.
