Whitewater raft guides are in charge of navigating our guests down the rapidsof the Shenandoah and Potomac rivers. Our guides strive to create an enjoyable experiencewhile informing guests of the local history and biology.

Requirements:

Must complete the required trips and training as prescribed by the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources.
Obtain 1st Aid and CPR certifications from the Red Cross.
Able to pass an initial drug test.Physical Requirements:This position involves guiding a raft for long periods in an outdoor setting. The weather can behot or cold depending on the season. Guides must be physically able to assist carry a raft up asteep incline. Applicants must be able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs of equipment.
