Stonebrook Community Services, LLC, a recently acquired subsidiary of enCircle, a Virginia-based disabilities and social services-focused nonprofit organization, has an immediate need for full-time Residential Supervisor in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

Our agency is seeking an individual to manage two group homes and a team of direct support staff to provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate must be flexible, willing to take calls outside of the normal work schedule, be attentive, punctual, and well organized.

Duties and -Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, and hire direct care staff (DSP's) for the assigned group homes.
Ensure that formal on the job training is provided to new employees and supervise DSP's to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Develop staffing schedules and ensure the assigned group homes are staffed in compliance with the ratio determined by the IDT team.
Work closely with the IDT team, RNs, Service Coordinators, Behavior Support Professional, Associate Director to ensure collaboration of all treatment plans.
Oversee resident care in the group home by ensuring all health and safety needs are being met, such as oral hygiene, bathing, housekeeping, laundry, groceries, cooking, etc. and provide and or assist with direct personal care to residents in the event of understaffing.
Coordinate transportation for medical appointments and day to day activities daily.
Ensure an AMAP staff is scheduled for each shift.
Participate in all six month and annual IPP meetings.
Coordinate mandatory trainings for staff to ensure certifications remain current.
Ensure implementation of the behavior support plans and all other guidelines, plans and or programs addressed during the IPP meetings and ensure they are being followed.
Attend and participate in mandatory trainings as required by the agency, ensuring that all trainings remain current.
Must be available to field and handle after hour emergency calls for assigned group homes, Monday through Friday morning.
Must be available to field and handle after hour calls for assigned homes and on-call every fourth weekend, or as rotation requires.
Field and manage calls for the other Supervisors on their scheduled days off.
Manage all house disbursements of petty cash, outing money, or resident expenditures, and ensure funds are used properly and recorded with receipts for monthly reconciliation.
Visit each assigned group home on a weekly basis to supervise staff interactions with the residents and review the home for health and safety standards.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the agency vehicles.
Oversee the purchases of household supplies and groceries, ensuring that menus are being followed and that cleaning purchases are approved,
Ensure that the group homes and documentation follow OHFLAC, Medicaid Waiver, Fire Marshal, Health Department and or any other regulated agency and turned in on a timely basis or within the determined timeframe.
Conduct monthly staff meetings for staff working at the assigned group homes.
Collect, review, and turn in billing paperwork monthly by the designated time.
Review and approve timesheets every other payroll week by end of day Monday.
Potential other duties as requested or assigned.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years' experience in managing or supervising multiple employees.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Ability to manage after hours emergency phone calls and on a rotating on-call weekend schedule.
Have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Ability to work with intellectually and/or developmentally disabled adults.
Ability to attend, perform, and pass all mandated agency and state trainings upon hire and annually.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Proficient in the use of multiple computer operations such as Microsoft Word / Excel / Office 365.
Capable of multi-tasking and working cohesively with the administrative team and direct care staff.
Maintain eligibility to work as required by WV Cares criminal background checks.
