BTI360 is looking for an Office Manager to help us manage our new office opening this fall. Our BTI360 Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office environment. They will make sure that the office runs efficiently and that teammates have what they need to be successful. Our Office Manager will also be the primary point of contact for coordinating company events and functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving people for meetings and interviews
  • Preparing spaces for meetings to include any set up/clean up
  • Ordering food for any working breakfasts or lunches
  • Monitoring and procuring office supplies to include drinks, coffee, snacks, utensils, pens, paper, etc.
  • Ordering new swag, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
  • Maintaining and tracking hardware inventory
  • Managing/Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure appliances are in good working order
  • Receiving/coordinate deliveries, mail and distribution
  • Ensure public spaces in the office are kept tidy Will assist with an office move/move-in
  • Work with building property management / landlord as needed to address any issues
  • Support internal departments (e.g. Marketing, Recruiting) with events management
  • Management of vendor software licenses used to support business operations
  • Support the planning and execution of Company Events
  • 3 Large-scale social events involving entire Company + Guests and Families
  • 6-8 Company All-Hands
  • 4-6 happy hours
  • 10+ team focused events per year
  • Researching and presenting vendor options for locations, catering, decorations, lighting, music, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant or similar role
  • Previous event planning experience
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Hands on experiences with office machines (e.g. copiers/printers/conference systems/scanners)
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in other office support service areas for back-up support and assume additional
  • responsibilities/projects when necessary and as appropriate
  • Experience with teleconferencing platforms (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)
  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate with customers/vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedule in order to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility adjusting to new tasks as we change offices and grow as a company
  • Must be a US citizen
  • High school diploma. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • US Citizenship

Qualifications:

  • Coordination of new office move (anticipated Sept 1, 2021)
  • Support the transition to a new IT conference room and calendar system
  • Establish process for ordering and maintaining office supplies, coffee/tea supplies, snack supplies in the new office facility
