Job Description:
Outreach Recovery is a national leader in the treatment of
substance use disorders. Outreach Recovery presently has 20
facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region; and is growing rapidly. At
the present time we are looking to expand our services to include
mental health counseling as a service that is provided to our
clients.We are currently recruiting Mental Health Clinicians to
join our team at Outreach Recovery in the Hagerstown and Frederick
area.Main Purpose of JobThe Mental Health Clinician shall function
at the full performance level with professional counseling at the
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) or at the Licensed
Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or LCADC level. The
clinician shall complete assessments, evaluations, provide
individual and group counseling. Clinicians hired in this capacity
do not supervise.Minimum QualificationsApplicants must currently
hold licensure as an LGPC, LCADC or an LCPC in the state of
Maryland.Experience* The ability to verbally communicate with
clients and staff in a clear and concise manner.* The ability to
complete assessments and evaluations for new clients according to
Outreach Recovery standards.* The ability to work collaboratively
with clients to develop individualized plans of treatment.*
Complete documentation daily for services provided.* Be familiar
with current approaches towards treatment pertaining to Substance
Related Disorders, Mental Health Disorders, and ICD 10 codes.* Be
willing to complete authorizations with Incedo or be willing to
acclimate to the process of completing them.* Be familiar with
