Director for Reimbursement and Patient Services as a full-time job
in Chadds Ford, PA. The Director of Reimbursement and Patient
Services oversees the Client Services team directly, ensuring
adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Additionally, this leadership position reports directly to the
organization's Chief Operating Officer and will be on-site
full-time in the Chadds Ford offices. Lympha Press is an

home compression therapy products. Key Responsibilities: Develop
and implement processes to improve efficiency, patient
satisfaction, and compliance Collaborate with internal departments
to streamline order fulfillment, logistics, and billing operations
Oversee order approval and ensure compliance with Medicare,
Medicaid, and third-party payers Train and mentor staff on best
practices, system usage and industry updates Ensure timely and
accurate order processing, including reviewing prescriptions and
insurance criteria Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred,
High School Diploma or GED required Strong leadership and team
management skills Experience in durable medical equipment,
healthcare management, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft
Office and EMR systems Exceptional problem-solving, organizational,
