JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Night Warehouse Supervisor Reports to:
Warehouse Manager Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 P.M. – 6:30
A.M. Starting Pay: $60,000 annually ($54,000 base $6,000
commission) Job Summary The Production Shift Supervisor is
responsible for overseeing nightly warehouse operations, ensuring
the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of beverage
products. This role leads a team of warehouse employees, maintains
inventory accuracy, and enforces safety standards in a fast-paced
environment. The supervisor plays a critical role in optimizing
processes, supporting productivity goals, and ensuring timely order
fulfillment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and
coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving,
storing, and shipping products. Lead, train, and support warehouse
staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Monitor
inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy
and prevent discrepancies. Implement and enforce safety protocols
to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with logistics,
sales, and other departments to meet customer demand and ensure
timely deliveries. Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse
operations, inventory, and employee performance. Identify
opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency,
and reduce costs. Address and resolve issues related to product
quality, safety, and inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance
with company policies, procedures, and standard operating
practices. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required
Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven
experience in warehouse supervision or management. Strong knowledge
of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication
and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience in the beverage industry. Proficiency in warehouse
management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Forklift
certification. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Ability
to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as
standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Work
is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying
temperatures, including refrigerated areas. Must be able to work
overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, physically demanding
