Job Description:
Job Description Driver Helper Automation Personnel Services is
looking for a Driver Helper for a company based in Elkwood, VA. be
part of a well?organized delivery team that values reliability,
teamwork, and opportunities to learn new skills on the job. Pay
Rate 1st shift: $14.00 per hour, depending on experience PLUS a
monthly bonus payout 2nd shift: $14.50 per hour, depending on
experience PLUS a monthly bonus payout Ask us about the Bonus
Incentive program! After 2 month of employment, associates are
eligible for the bonus program Production amount is tracked weekly;
payout is monthly Schedule and Hours 1st shift: Monday through
Thursday; 5:00am to 3:30pm 2nd shift: Monday through Thursday;
3:30pm to 2:00am Driver Helper Duties and Responsibilities Assist
drivers with loading and unloading building materials at customer
locations Secure products safely to prevent shifting or damage
during transport Provide spotting assistance when backing or
maneuvering delivery vehicles Deliver materials to client sites
Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques
and PPE requirements Driver Helper Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy building materials
throughout the workday Comfortable working outdoors in various
weather conditions Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Previous experience in
construction, warehouse, or delivery support is preferred but not
required Job Type Full-time, temp-to-hire Benefits Weekly Pay
