Level: Mid-Level, or Senior ?? Practice Area: Litigation – Auto
Accidents Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in all phases of
litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeal Draft legal
documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
Conduct legal research and offer strategic legal advice Appear in
court, depositions, mediations, and hearings Collaborate with
internal teams and external experts to develop case strategy
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Maryland 5 years of litigation
experience preferred (but all levels considered) Strong research,
writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases
