Job Description:
ManTech seeks a dedicated Product Management Engineer to drive
the development and management of cutting-edge technology solutions
for mission-critical national security programs. This role involves
close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product
alignment with user needs and compliance with governmental
standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in product
lifecycle management, requirement analysis, and stakeholder
engagement. Develop product roadmaps aligned with strategic
objectives and customer requirements. Coordinate with engineering,
marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product
delivery. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to
position products effectively. Manage product lifecycle from
concept to deployment, including prioritization of product features
and budgetary considerations. Ensure products meet all regulatory,
security, and quality standards. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proficient in product management software (e.g., JIRA, Aha!)
Excellent communication and leadership abilities Certified Scrum
Product Owner (CSPO) Professional Product Management Certification
(PPMC) Security Clearance (desired)
