Job Description Job Description Robert Half is looking for
experienced Sr Systems Administrator/Systems Engineers to oversee
and optimize enterprise infrastructure in both Linux and Windows
environments. The role requires someone with strong attention to
detail who excels in ensuring system reliability, security, and
compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a
strong technical background and proven expertise in managing
enterprise systems while adhering to compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain enterprise systems across
Linux and Windows platforms to ensure optimal performance and
security. • Perform system troubleshooting and resolve technical
issues to minimize downtime. • Monitor and administer Active
Directory, Windows Server, and Windows 10 environments. •
Configure, maintain, and optimize storage solutions, including SAN
technologies. • Collaborate with teams to integrate and manage
Citrix and Dell technologies. • Oversee cloud-based services such
as Microsoft Azure and Windows Intune. • Maintain documentation of
system configurations, processes, and compliance activities. •
Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and
ensure security protocols are followed. • Minimum of 5 years of
experience in systems administration within enterprise
environments. • Expertise in managing Active Directory, Microsoft
Windows Server, and Windows 10. • Proficiency with Dell and Citrix
technologies, as well as Linux system administration. • Hands-on
experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Windows
Intune. • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC2
and ISO 27001. • Familiarity with SAN technologies and their
configuration. • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
effectively. • Experience with enterprise-grade applications, such
as SolidWorks.
