We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications and can come in and hit the ground running. Ideally, the position is for an experienced senior level Lotus Notes developer who will be responsible for hands-on software enhancements to existing Lotus Notes based applications.  
This position requires designing, developing, implementing changes to an existing enterprise software application in a Domino/Lotus Notes. The ideal candidate will also will actively participate in technical requirements reviews and create design documents for enterprise business application development projects.
• We are looking for a full-time Lotus Notes/Domino developer
• Able to independently formulate action plans to resolve complex business requirements
• Apply established design and development standards and procedures
• Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for assigned applications in support of users and identified issues
• Provide remediation of identified issues for assigned applications
 
SKILLS PREFERRED/REQUIRED:
• Extensive working knowledge of Lotus Notes/Domino (R 8.5) ( minimum 8 years )
• Web enabling Notes applications & XPages ( required )
• Experience utilizing J2EE/JAVA platform is a plus
• Web Services experience is a plus
• Web application development experience ( required )
• HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
• LSX Lotus Script extensions
• Strong sense of customer/solution ownership
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive for excellence and a proven ability to successfully complete assigned duties on-time
