Requirements
Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare and Provide a System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP)
  
  
• 
  Establish architectures for development activities, for developmental integration and test activities and for software build activities.
  
  
• 
  Perform technology assessments, system upgrade analysis and testing, concept prototyping, product evaluations, and human/computer interface evaluations.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate the product(s) being proposed to meet the solution, both pre- and post- design.
  
  
• 
  Design, develop, implement/deploy, configure, conduct risk analysis and life cycle analysis for new software application deployment/development.
  
  
• 
  Coordinate and delegate teams for Technical specification, coding, unit testing, and integration deliverables
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • 
    At least 5 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA
    
    
  • 
    Strong oral and written communicator who can lead positive interactions with client
    
    
  • 
    Presentation and facilitation experience
    
    
  • 
    Ability to motivate and mentor business and functional team members to help them develop their skills and competence
    
    
  • 
    Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills
    
    
  • 
    Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently
