Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:The
JavaBean Developer will support a high-paced client environment and
team of experienced developers in developing a SailPoint IIQ with
an extensively customized environment. The JavaBean Developer will
be responsible for developing functionality with JavaBean following
an Agile deployment pipeline, using appropriate tool sets, and
facilitating sprint demos. This includes developing enhancements to
the already-deployed solution which is largely undocumented. The
SailPoint IIQ solution is operated in an Amazon Web Services (AWS)
on premise government cloud environment. This position is open to
candidates virtually from within the continental United States.The
JavaBean Developer will have extensive experience developing
solutions with JavaBean that support reports, email alerts, and
workflow. The developer should have experience with SailPoint IIQ,
as well as using project management/software development solutions
such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence. The developer should have
experience trouble-shooting issues with JavaBean code, including
working with database administrators, system administrators, and
other developers in tracing code execution as part of the debugging
process.What You Will Need:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal
Public Trust
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in computer
science, systems engineering, or relevant field
- FIVE (5) years' experience developing in languages such as
Java
- THREE (3) years' experience developing in JavaBean
- Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document software
applications
- Follow established software development standards and
procedures and contribute towards their improvement
- Develop complex application features and create technical
designs
- Participate in peer code and design reviews
- Review and analyze complex programming specifications to
resolve issues
- Prepare technical standards, provide technical advice and
guidance, and collaborate with other programmers to conceptualize
and develop design
- Conduct thorough problem analysis, document findings, and
propose creative solutions
- Coordinate end to end runs, provide production support, and
suggest enhancements to existing business applications
- Use technical judgment and make appropriate system
decisions
- Analyze and debug application/client server connectivity
problems
- Perform SDLC process, including designing and developing
applications
- Remediation of security, Section 508, performance, and
UX-related issues as they arise
- Ability to maintain documentation for a solution, related
tools, and business processes
- Participate in implementation of new features and integration
scenarios
- Work with technical and business users to gather and implement
requirements
- Willing to learn new technologiesWhat Would Be Nice To Have:
- Broad knowledge of information system technologies
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and how to implement
them in an enterprise solution
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint, including features, integration,
and architecture
- Ability to communicate about SailPoint and implementation at
both the functional and technical level
- Ability to maintain documentation for an IAM solution, related
tools, and business processes
- Proactively identify future needs for IAM servicesWhat We
