JD Job Duties and Responsibilities Should possess architectural knowledge in Siebel CRM, Open UI etc. Experience on Siebel CRM customization application administration. Experience on fine tuning Oracle DB queries, including recommendations for creating indexes, suggesting better performing alternatives Knowledge on using SQL query plan, monitoring db statistics Knowledge of Siebel data model and fine tuning configurations, scripts, workflow, including recommending alternate design Experience in fine tuning HTMLJSBrower frameworks to improve UI performance, including fine tuning web servers Experience in capturing statistics on app server, web server, browser, remote machines, etc. to identify performance issues Correlating performance issues with fixes needed in Siebel objects, long running queries, DB changes, etc Knowledge of best practices on database, application server, web server and browser and providing hands-on recommendationssolutions for achieving the same. Soft skills Good analytical skills and problem solving skills. Good interpersonal skills and good team connect. Excellent communication skills and judgment, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work towards a deadline in a fast paced, aggressive development schedule Willing to work during weekends at times for supporting installs. Analytical skills and sound judgment is essential. Must work well in a standalone or team environment. Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Candidate must be able to address time sensitive demands on a continuous basis. Desired Qualification Bachelor degree in engineering Experience level 4 Years
