Job Description:
Column Technical Services is seeking an exceptional Talent
Acquisition Coordinator ideally with campus recruitment or law firm
experience to join a prestigious global law firm in Washington,
D.C. In this role, you'll help drive key initiatives across Talent
Acquisition and Attorney Development, contributing a smooth, and
impactful attorney lifecycle experience. If this sounds like the

days in the office and 2 days working from home so applicants must
live in the Washington DC area and be able to commute to the
office. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage interview
logistics, coordinate follow?up communication, and provide support
for hiring committee preparation. Contribute to candidate outreach
and engagement efforts. Oversee components of the firm's recruiting
initiatives, including campus hiring and summer associate programs.
Facilitate summer associate assignments, training activities, and
social programming. Assist with planning and scheduling for new
hire orientation. Track and maintain local recruiting budget
activity. Talent Development Organize local associate relations
events and internal attorney training sessions. Collaborate with
global Talent Development colleagues to roll out firmwide
initiatives such as coaching programs and training academies.
Monitor budgets related to Associate Relations and Professional
Development. Additional Responsibilities Participate in special
events, which may occasionally require evening or weekend
availability. Travel as needed to support programs and firm
initiatives. Provide assistance with additional related projects as
assigned. Required Skills & Proficiencies Strong command of English
grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Advanced proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated experience coordinating training programs and events.
Foundational understanding of campus recruiting or legal recruiting
processes. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required. * Minimum
of 2 years of experience in a professional service or legal
environment. * At least 2 years of experience in human resources,
law school career services, attorney recruiting, and/or attorney
development (preferred).
