Job Description Job Description Returns Specialist Automation Personnel Services is looking for associates to work as Returns Specialists for a major automotive distributor based in Lebanon, TN. You will be working with a nationwide automotive company that has been in business for over 100 years. Pay Rate $18.95 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday from 8AM – 4:30PM (some OT may be required) Returns Specialist Duties and Responsibilities : • Bringing in all returned product • Using RF Scanner • Placing product into correct bin or pallet • Follow workplace safety standards Returns Specialist s Qualifications and Requirements : • Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred • Ability to lift 50lbs for a continuous shift • Ability to stand for duration of shift • Criminal background check and drug screening required Job Type Full-time, temporary Benefits • Weekly Pay • Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance • 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours • 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
