Job Description Job Description Certified Surgical Tech (CST) Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Shift & Schedule Days: Monday–Friday Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts) Weekends: Every 3rd weekend On-Call: 2–3 nights per week Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment. Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs throughout operative cases. Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgery. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia staff. Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to hospital and regulatory guidelines. Support the mission, vision, and values of Weeks Medical Center.
