Position Responsibilities
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work in a hybrid
capacity out of our Herndon, VA HQ to execute our human capital
strategy and align business objectives with employees and
management for the designated business units (BUs) they support.
This position serves as a frontline consultant to the business,
supporting managers in creating a positive employee experience and
advising on all people-related needs. The successful HRBP will act
as a change agent and employee advocate, assessing and anticipating
talent needs while being the go-to expert on all HR-related
matters. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a
global workforce in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and
collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (including Talent
Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Global Learning) to
ensure Deltek delivers cutting-edge human capital initiatives that
drive business results. You will have the following

Compensation Information
The U.S. salary range for this position is $55500.00 - $97000.00.
This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors
into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as
location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain
roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive
compensation and equity.
