Great - we want you!About us: Guardian Booth is a leading manufacturer of prefabricated structures such as guard shacks, ticket kiosks, trailer booths, and modular workspaces. We deliver nationwide and export to Mexico and Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, results-driven, and ethical individual to join our company as Corporate Human Resources (HR) Manager to support the Director of Finance and Administration with daily functions of the Human Resources department including but not limited to hiring and interviewing staff; administering pay, benefits, and leave; developing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and practices; developing company culture and improving employee engagement; and further developing our organization's human resources.About you:We are looking for an HR manager who can: Manage the development and implementation of procedures and processes that support organizational goals Implement full cycle recruiting including the creation of a recruitment plan according to projections from sales and operations and management direction. Oversee and execute the onboarding process (i.e. account set up, ordering equipment and supplies, timeclock access, etc.) Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters as needed Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations Plan employee engagement strategies and manage implementation including budget approval and overseeing activities Organize employee training and development initiatives Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain Corporate Social Responsibility standards conscripted by authorities Coordinate the application of appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances Generate and analyze HR statistics and trends and propose corrective and preventive measures Draft, edit, and publish the company monthly employee newsletter in collaboration with the marketing team Offer HR support to other departments as needed You need: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience specifically in an HR role Minimum of 5 years of experience Experience with policy writing and re-writing, including research of applicable laws, common practices, and statutes Ability to be self-motivated and operate with fluctuating priorities and strict deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple prioritiesNote - we need an HR manager who can be consistently on site at our Waynesboro, PA facility to work directly with our Director of Operations and Director of Administration, and so you should be located within a reasonable commuting distance.
