Overview:G2 Global Solutions, LLC. is actively looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our corporate team located in Gainesville, VA.
Principle Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for sourcing and recruiting employees/contractors (who are both cleared and uncleared) to support various agencies within the Federal Government
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy based on goals and needs
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Create job descriptions, develop a pool of qualified candidates, build networks to locate best qualified candidates
  • Maintain continual awareness of all open positions, respective compensation for those positions and knowledgeable on all company benefits and policies
  • Coordinate with various placement agencies or employment services in when needed
  • Post jobs on internal website and external job boards
  • Identify and recruit the best applicants for required job profiles, expertly scan, and review multiple resumes, analyze the knowledge, skillset and experience of candidates
  • Attend professional meetings and create contacts within the industry as well as attend job and career fairs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Accurately record and track all candidates during the recruiting process in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Conduct prescreening interviews, prepare candidate summaries, and issue offer letters
  • Performs other duties as assigned
    Required Skills:
    • 3-5 Years of experience preferred in DoD, military or government contracting recruiting
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as this position involves interaction with employees across all levels, as well as internal and external stakeholders
    • Familiar with ATS system, preferably Paylocity and Microsoft Dynamics
    • Proven experience with online sourcing
    • Maintain high level of customer service levels with internal stakeholders
    • Develop, maintain, and analyze databases and spreadsheets
    • Meet multiple deadlines and priorities and forecast workload requirements
    • Ability to explain complex information; identify problems and recommend solutions
    • Make appropriate judgments and decisions
    • Capable of maintaining a high level of customer service support with all internal and external stakeholders
