Job Description:
RecruiterReston Limousine is a 32 year old family owned,
employee focused passenger transportation company and the largest
in the Washington, DC area. We are growing and searching for an
experienced Recruiter to join our team.We are seeking a recruiter
who is focused on identification, assessment, and acquisition of
employees at all levels. This role will own the full cycle
recruitment process and lead talent acquisition efforts
specifically related to the attraction and recruitment of CDL
drivers.Responsibilities:Recruitment and sourcing of CDL drivers
through various technologies, mediums, and comprehensive lead
generationDevelop and maintain a full understanding of the regional
driver labor marketUtilize multiple sourcing methods and processes
including job boards and social networkingDevelop networks with
external sources to continually improve sourcing
opportunitiesCreate and maintain a talent pool of qualified
candidates, foster ongoing communication to nurture pipelines of
talentConduct phone screens and/or face-to-face interviews to
ensure the most qualified candidates are referred to the hiring
manager for their considerationEnsure facilitated interview
selection process to elicit feedbackMaintain and promote DOT
compliance during recruitment and hiring processEnsure compliance
with all federal/state laws and regulationsEstablish and build
working relationships and partnerships with hiring teams,
candidates, and internal partnersProactively identify and educate
managers on factors that could impact the hiring processProvide
excellent customer service to business stakeholders, ensuring
responsive communication and guidance throughout the recruitment
processShow respect and sensitivity for cultural differences in all
phases of recruitment processParticipate in projects that support
our short and/or long-term functional objectivesEducation &
ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferred2 or more years of experience
recruiting for CDL DriversKnowledge of DOT regulations a
plus!Demonstrated ability to fill requisitions in a timely manner
with quality hiresDemonstrated ability to navigate and fully
utilize ATS functionality, including candidate management, req
tracking and reportingAbility to manage and prioritize multiple
concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activitiesAbility to
build relationships with a diverse group of internal and external
partnersStrong verbal and written communication skillsCapacity to
