better.POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator is responsible for
capturing all onboarding requirements for all new hires for all
business lines under Powerback in a mely and smooth fashion. This
role is essenal to the successful transion to employment for all
new hires. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Tracks and ensures
the successful compleon of all pre-employment requirements in
accordance with company, state, and posion specific policy and
regulaons requirements to ensure mely onboarding and clearance to
start for candidates. 2. Tracks and ensures the successful compleon
of all post-employment item requirements in accordance with
company, state, and posion specific requirements. 3. Assists all
staff and candidates with quesons regarding onboarding HR topics.
Responds to emails and phone calls mely. 4. Works in conjuncon with
new hire, hiring manager, recruing, HR Generalist, and HR Manager
to ensure a smooth transion. 5. Ensures, and audits, the mely
compleon and accuracy of all I9 Employment Eligibility Verificaon
Forms for the employee's record in accordance with federal
guidelines. 6. Creates electronic HR files for new hires as
applicable. 7. Prints, sorts and distributes Powerback field staff
idenficaon badges. 8. Provides training and technical support to
end users on all related systems and applicaons. 9. Assists with
the HR Document Request mailbox requests by pulling paper files.
10. Handles other projects and tasks, as
assigned.SHARECHR3Qualifications:* Associates Degree or Bachelor's
Degree Preferred + three years' experience * Prior experience in
healthcare, preferably in a skilled nursing setting preferred. *
Experience using systems and technology to support work activities.
* Works flexible hours in order to meet with employees who work
24/7; to ensure those working evening, night and weekend shifts
stay connected. * Willing to travel as necessary. * To protect the

members, and the communities we serve, Genesis has implemented a

partners and onsite vendors.
