Recruiter II - $28-$33/hour Summary We are seeking a skilled
Talent Acquisition Associate to source top-notch candidates for our
company. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our
hiring managers and HR to determine job requirements, sourcing and
screening candidates, and setting up interviews. Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal departments hiring managers to determine
recruitment needs. Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles,
and job requirements for vacant positions. Sourcing potential
candidates through online company career portals, recruitment
sites, job boards, social platforms, local universities, etc.
Working with Applicant Tracking System Taleo . Evaluating
applications and screening candidates via calls and/or emails, as
well as facilitating pre-interview assessments. Compiling interview
questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with
shortlisted candidates. Documenting processes and fostering good
relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry
trends, as well as keeping informed of advancement in the field.
Providing recruitment reports to team leaders as directed.
Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management, or
related field. Prior experience in talent acquisition 2-3 years
minimum a must within the field of Clinical Trials. Excellent
computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to
multitask. Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social
media platforms. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems Oracle
Taleo a plus Ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists, and
interview candidates across the spectrum of clinical trials.
Excellent time management skills. Good interpersonal skills and
ability to work in a team environment contributing to a
collaborative work atmosphere. Working knowledge of employment law
