Position Details:Training Schedule for 6 weeks: Monday - Friday - 9:00AM-5:30PM EST 100% onsite for all training. Regular Shift Hours: 1st shift (Monday - Saturday) or (Sunday - Friday) - work 2-3 days from home. Hybrid (This is not a fully remote position)Duration: Full Time w/Benefits 6-7 months Contract-To-Hire Location: Winchester, VA Must be located within a 45-mile radius of Winchester, VA Interview: 2 Step Interview Process (Must be willing to complete Open Book Testing: Typing (40WPM), Internet basics, & Call Center.)Pay: $19.00hr - Overtime: $28.50hrJob Description--- Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information.--- Route members to the appropriate departments.--- Open new accounts and educate members or potential members on products and services that best meet their needs.--- Provide peace of mind to and empathize with members who have experienced fraud or unauthorized transactions on their debit or credit cards.--- Educate members on self-service options related to unauthorized debit and credit card transactions--- Listen and look for red flags to prevent fraudulent transactions and identity theft.--- Research debit and credit card authorizations and perform debit or credit card maintenance--- Submit and provide status of debit or credit card dispute or fraud claimsBasic Qualifications--- Attendance - No time off during the 6 weeks of training! --- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
