following. -SUMMARYSupervises and coordinates activities of dining
room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests by
performing the following duties. - Is responsible for insuring that
each guest receives ACES Guest Service.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus (Internal applications not eligible)
- Pay: Starting at $13.00 per hour, based on experience
- Greets guests with a sincere & friendly welcome, escorts them
to tables, introduces server and provides menus.
- Must deliver ACES Guest Service to every guest during each
interaction
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates
superior customer service in accordance with department and Company
standards and programs.
- Committed to consistently delivering the highest quality of
food & service to local and international guests in order to ensure
repeat visits.
- Demonstrate and exhibit characteristics and behavior in
accordance with Property and Departmental Service Guarantees, and
Property Core Values.
- Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a
role model according to established grooming and appearance
policy.
- Must adhere to HCCTR as well as all Food and Beverage
policies.
- Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special
services for diners.
- Communicates guests' comments, concerns to management.
- Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure
prompt and courteous service to patrons.
- Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and
cleanliness, and par of table linens and other dining room supplies
for tables and serving stations.
- Assist in table clears and resets.
- Maintains guest information in Yelp or QSR system.
- Totals receipts, at end of shift, to verify sales and clears
cash register.
- Complete any task assigned by dining room manager, supervisor,
chef, or Maitre D'.
- Maintains valid WV racing license, Food Handlers permit and
TIPS certificationsQUALIFICATIONS - To perform this job

problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations. -CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust qualify for
licensing with the West Virginia Racing Commission.Must be able to
obtain proper Food Handler Certification.Must be certified in TIPS
training. This training is provided during New Hire Orientation at
